Disrupt, Dissent and Create: How We Tell Our Story…….<\/h4>\n

Shaista Aziz is a journalist and writer specialising on race, identity and gender.<\/p>\n

She is the founder of the anti racism digital platform The Everyday Bigotry Project- which seeks to disrupt narratives around bigotry and challenge what it means to show real and open solidarity with marginalised people.<\/p>\n

Shaista is an anti racism and women’s rights campaigner and is the co founder of The Women’s Advancement Hub, Pakistan.<\/p>\n

She is a former aid worker and has worked and travelled extensively across the Middle East, east and west Africa.<\/p>\n

Shaista is also an award winning stand up comic.

\u00a35 Waged\/ \u00a33 Un-Waged \/ Donation \/ or whatever you can manage even if that is nothing. Truth Juice Hull is NON-PROFIT making and the venue is FREE. Lack of money will never be an issue with attending the talks.<\/p>\n

The charity cause for the evening will be Hull Help for Refugees<\/p>\n
